Terms of Service

Lumetrics provides an enterprise-grade YouTube intelligence SaaS that synthesizes competitive tracking, historical content analytics, user sentiment mapping, and algorithmic learning signals.

• Access: Access is provided via direct login credentials provisioned by our team to prevent unauthorized system trespassing.
• Workspaces: Enterprise clients may manage multiple workspaces representing distinct brands or business units.

The Platform operates on a hybrid model consisting of tiered subscription plans and a Token System.

• Plan Tiers: Services are tiered into Demo, Base, Premium, and Enterprise plans, each with specific feature access and data refresh frequencies.
• Tokens: Users consume platform credits ("Tokens") for running specific analyses, generating reports, and refreshing competitive data.
• Top-Ups: Clients may purchase extra tokens as "top-up" packs (similar to prepaid credit) at any time. These do not constitute a plan upgrade but provide additional usage capacity.
• Usage Visibility: The Platform's Authorization System will surface your available refresh credits and token balances in real-time.

• Billing Cycles: Phase 1 markets (US, AU, CA) are billed as annual subscriptions (upfront or monthly).
• India Market Specifics: For Indian clients, Lumetrics provides GST-compliant billing and requires a single initial payment followed by a recurring payment plan.
• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, LinkPay, or Razorpay depending on your geography.

• Proprietary Rights: All AI models (sentiment, classification, and thumbnail analysis), the Four Data Point Framework, and the Platform interface are the exclusive property of Lumetrics.
• YouTube Data: Our Platform integrates with YouTube APIs. You acknowledge that data availability is subject to YouTube's terms and the privacy settings of third-party video owners.
• Client Data: By authenticating your YouTube channel via Google OAuth, you grant Lumetrics the right to ingest and analyze your historical performance data for the purpose of providing the Services.

• Restricted Demo: Demo plans carry limitations, including a maximum of 2 tracked competitors, 20-video comment analysis, and locked visualization modules (e.g., Venn diagrams).
• Full Access Trials: At our discretion, qualified enterprise prospects may be granted 7 days of full platform access to build trust before feature locks are applied.

• Security Standards: Lumetrics is committed to enterprise-grade security, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Role-Based Access (RBAC): Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and assigning appropriate roles (Admin, Analyst, Viewer) within their workspace.

• Data Accuracy: While Lumetrics uses advanced AI, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in sentiment polarity or algorithmic "Hook" scores.
• API Dependencies: Lumetrics is not liable for service interruptions caused by YouTube API quota limitations or changes to YouTube's third-party developer policies.

• Standard Termination: You may cancel your subscription at the end of your contract term.
• Account Locking: Upon expiration of a trial or non-payment, features will be automatically locked, and access may be restricted to the "Demo" or "Free" tier.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Lumetrics contracting entity is registered, subject to local compliance (e.g., India DPDP Act or GDPR) where applicable.
