• User-Provided Information: We collect information through our "Rich Data" qualification forms, including your name, work email, organization size, and industry vertical.
• YouTube API Data: When you authenticate your brand channel via Google OAuth, we access data via the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API. This includes:
  • Channel Metadata: Subscriber counts, video counts, and public metadata.
  • Performance Metrics: View counts, watch time, average view duration, and audience retention curves.
  • Engagement Data: Comments, likes, and shares for sentiment analysis.
• Billing Information: We collect data necessary for processing payments through Stripe, PayPal, LinkPay, or Razorpay, including GSTIN for Indian clients.

• Intelligence Generation: To provide our "Four Data Point Intelligence Framework," including competitive benchmarking and historical performance clusters.
• AI Training: To power our NLP pipeline for comment sentiment classification and purchase funnel mapping.
• Authorization System: To monitor and display your available token usage and data refresh credits.
• Personalization: To deliver industry-specific demo videos and tailored content briefs.

• Google/YouTube: Our platform uses YouTube API Services. Users are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell your personal or channel-specific performance data to third parties.
• Service Providers: Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (AWS) or integrated CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) under strict confidentiality agreements.

• Deletion Requests: Upon termination of service, clients may request the deletion of their processed data in accordance with our RPO and backup policies.
