How to request deletion of your Lumetrics data

Lumetrics (“we”, “us”) is operated by LUMETRICS. This page explains how you can delete the data Lumetrics holds about you, including data received through Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.

What data we receive from Meta

When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to Lumetrics, we may receive, with your permission:

  • Basic profile information (name, account ID, profile picture)
  • Facebook Page and Instagram Business or Creator account details (username, follower count, media count)
  • Posts, Reels, and their performance metrics (likes, comments, reach, impressions, engagement)
  • Comments on your content, used for sentiment analysis
  • Ad account, campaign, and ad performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), if you connect an ad account

We use this data only to provide analytics and insights inside your Lumetrics dashboard. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

How to delete your data

You can request deletion in any of the following ways.

Option 1: Remove Lumetrics from your Facebook account

  1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites (under “Your activity” or “Security”).
  3. Find Lumetrics and click Remove.
  4. Then email us (Option 2) to have the data we already stored deleted.

Removing the app stops us from receiving any new data from your account immediately.

Option 2: Email us

Send an email to privacy@lumetrics.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:

  • The email address registered with Lumetrics
  • Your Facebook or Instagram username, or Page name

We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email address so that we can verify your identity.

What happens after you request deletion

We delete your Meta-sourced data, connected account tokens, and associated analytics from our active systems within 30 days.

Copies in backups are permanently removed within 120 days as part of our backup cycle.

We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, billing and invoice records), and only for as long as the law requires.
